Roles & Responsibilities

Job Highlights

12-month government contract role

Salary: $3,160 per month

Location: Near Caldecott MRT

Public sector IT systems support

Degree holders preferred

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for IT issues and user queries (Level 1 support).

Troubleshoot, track, and escalate technical queries to relevant SMEs.

Support user account management: creation, modification, and deletion of access.

Conduct periodic User Account Review (UAR) checks for compliance.

Provide onboarding support for new system representatives.

Assist with data updates and other administrative duties.

Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with good Excel skills.

Able to process and structure information efficiently.

Good written and spoken English communication.

Team player, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
