Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and enterprising individual who will act as the finance partner to an Indonesia-based manufacturing plant and Asia's outsourced manufacturing operations leadership team. The individual will provide comprehensive financial support for both internal plant and outsourced operations, working across multiple business groups and functions.

Perm position

Salary up to $9500

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the finance partner to the Indonesia plant and outsourced manufacturing teams located in Singapore, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam to support and control operations to drive performance and efficiency.
  • Support annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and monthly profit and loss (P&L) reviews for plant and outsourced manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor key financial performance metrics, identify deviations, and help drive corrective actions.
  • Perform unit cost updates and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders and purchasing subsidiaries.
  • Conduct return-on-investment (ROI) analysis for new projects and provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with global financial standards and assist with audit inquiries.
  • Standardize financial and operational reporting across the region to ensure consistency in metrics and drive productivity improvements.
Skills and Expertise:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting with 5–7 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment.
  • Background in business finance and/or manufacturing finance is preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across countries.
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and ideally Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.
