• As the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a Logistic and Supply Chain Management Company based in Kolkata (Salt Lake Sec-V), you will play a key role in driving the financial strategy aligned with the business goals of the group. Reporting to the Group CEO, Chairman, and Board of Directors, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership by formulating and implementing financial strategies, supporting Merger & Acquisition activities, and providing insights to improve business performance and ROI.Your responsibilities will also include overseeing financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for new projects. Ensuring compliance with Indian laws and regulations, maintaining strong corporate governance practices, and supervising accounting, taxation, and reporting processes will be crucial aspects of your role.In addition, you will manage treasury & fund management activities, lead capital raising initiatives, and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in developing a high-performing finance team and driving the adoption of best practices, ERP systems, and digital tools in finance across the group companies.The ideal candidate for this role should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / CFA with experience in managing multi-company, multi-location operations and exposure to global finance practices. Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills, along with hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial software, are essential for success in this position.If you have a deep understanding of Indian financial regulations and taxation, proven ability in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, permanent position with a day shift work schedule.,
