Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all site activities, including resolving technical issues and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on construction-related matters.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractor productivity, incorporating outputs into project schedules.
  • Develop detailed construction plans, schedules, and monitoring forms to track progress.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to drive quality improvement and compliance with project standards.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Estimate project timeframes, manpower, equipment, and budget.
  • Oversee all construction execution activities and ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts across subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (recognized by PEB).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • At least 6 years' proven track record managing construction teams on large-scale projects of similar complexity.
  • Extensive experience in LTA projects
  • Strong expertise in construction scheduling, monitoring, and budget management.
