We're Hiring: Data Centre Technician (Engineer)

Location: North / West

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekday PH coverage required)

Join our team to support day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and structured data centre environment. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your skills in infrastructure support, this role is for you

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with IT support tasks and escalate issues when needed
  • Handle hardware inventory, RMA processes, and equipment tracking
  • Monitor systems and ensure proper data handling and device disposal
  • Liaise with vendors and maintain up-to-date records
  • Follow security and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related
  • 1–2 years of IT support or data centre experience
  • Strong understanding of basic IT hardware
  • Willingness to learn, good attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Nice to Have (but not a must):

  • CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certifications
  • Experience in 24x7 environments or mobile app testing
