Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assists Director in his daily work and planning
- Provide general admin support, arrange meetings, order stationery, pantry supplies, etc
- Provide HR assistance, arrange interviews, leave records, employees handbook, etc
- Manage/liaise with vendors or external parties whenever necessary
- To assist with the processing of any government claims and application
- Coordinate with suppliers, and customers for orders when required
- Process invoices or quotations to customers when required.
- Support the purchasing dept to generate purchase orders when required.
- Any ad-hoc duties to assist the director
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft (excel, words etc…)
- Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
