Administrative and Accounting Assistant

- 5 Days work week 830am-530pm
- East region - Kallang area
Job description:
Accounts & Finance
- Assist in generating sales tax invoices and cross-checking them with Interim Certificates/Purchase Orders.
- Support daily financial activities related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
- Help with month-end reconciliations of bank and supplier statements.
- Handle petty cash reimbursements, ensuring expenses are accurately allocated.
- Monitor outstanding payments and send Statements of Account (SOA) reminders.
- Verify subcontractor/vendor invoices and ensure they are properly documented.
- Review worker wages prepared by HR and upload them to internet banking for management approval.
Admin & Compliance
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, mail handling, and answering phone calls.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits.
- Collect timesheets and support the allocation of project work for staff salaries and worker wages.
- Provide support for company events.
Job requirement:
- Possess Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
