JobDescription:
- Plan, organise and conduct activeageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescentcommunity.
- Ensure that programmes meet the requiredstandards and achieve the desired outcomes of clientengagement.
- Implement new programmes and/or services forservice users based on needs.
- Conduct programmeevaluation to gather feedback for all regularprogrammes.
- Identify areas of improvement and initiateenhancements/improvements.
- Coordinate and managestakeholders communications for programmes and services.
-Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
-Manage programme budgets and resources.
- Work with otherorganisations to executeprogrammes.

JobRequirements:
- Diploma in anydiscipline.
- Preferably with programme coordination orrelevant experience in working with elderly clients in thecommunity setting and healthcare or social servicesector.
- Knowledge of programme design, implementation,and evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
-Possess adaptability to find ways of solving and/or pre-emptingproblems.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise withChinese residents.
- Willing to work 5.5 days/week andwork at EunosCrescent.

Compensation:
-Working location: 2 mins walking distance from MRT Eunos
-Working days: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), Sat (9am - 1pm)
-Benefits: annual leaves, medical leaves, medical and insurancecoverage.
