About the Job

The role focuses on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Talent Strategy to attract and retain top talent while strengthening the company's brand.

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring processes, build talent pipelines, and utilize various sourcing channels.
  • Employer Branding: Lead branding initiatives, create engaging content, promote company culture, and organize outreach events to enhance the employer brand.
  • Talent Strategy: Analyze recruitment metrics, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with HR and marketing to align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth hiring processes with clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive experience for candidates.
  • Internal Culture & Engagement: Support employee engagement, highlight achievements, and organize initiatives to foster a strong company culture.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field with 5 years of experience in recruitment or employer branding.
  • Key Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws, proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Competencies: Expertise in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition tools, and employer branding, along with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Tech & Digital Savvy: Proficient in social media platforms, applicant tracking systems, and content creation for branding.
