We are reaching out with an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a Test Manager – Trade, Digital & Wealth Banking - Contract Role to join NTT DATA Singapore.

Strong domain expertise in Trade, Digital, and Wealth/Private Banking.

Contract Duration: 12 months contract with NTT DATA Singapore (renewable)

Location: Cecil St , Singapore

Experience : 8 + years

Level: L4 – > 10 years

Role: Test Manager ( Trade, Digital, and Wealth/Private Banking applications )

Key Responsibilities:


•Lead and manage end-to-end testing services for Trade, Digital, and Wealth/Private Banking applications.


•Oversee test service providers to ensure smooth test execution, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.


•Review and sign off on test strategies, plans, and execution reports from vendors and internal teams.


•Ensure compliance with testing frameworks, tools, and standards, coordinating with the Test Governance team for audits and process improvements.


•Manage stakeholder expectations and vendor relationships, acting as the primary escalation point for test-related issues.


•Monitor test progress, track SLAs and KPIs, and ensure adherence to transformation goals.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Application, Security, Infrastructure, Business) to align test activities with project objectives.


•Drive test innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.


•Work closely with Test Engineering Leads to align domain-specific testing requirements and methodologies.


•Gather stakeholder feedback on testing service delivery and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements (Must-Have Skills):

1.Strong domain expertise in Trade, Digital, and Wealth/Private Banking.

2.Proven experience managing testing services within banking or financial institutions.

3.Deep understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and project delivery in banking.

4.Experience in stakeholder and vendor management, ensuring high-quality testing services.

5.Process-oriented approach to maintain governance and compliance.

6.Project management experience is an added advantage.

This role is critical in ensuring high-quality testing execution for Trade, Digital, and Wealth Banking systems, working closely with internal teams and vendors to drive efficiency and compliance.

Strong domain expertise in Trade, Digital, and Wealth/Private Banking.
