Test Manager for Secured Lending Program

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage test management for multiple technical & business-initiated projects on Secured Lending Platform
- Arrange and use effective testing methodologies and techniques to facilitate SIT, UAT and Live Verifications on the project
- Gathering testing requirements, documentation and communicating those to stakeholders. Ensuring all testing methods and automations to meet business requirements and follow agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Create, own and execute test plan for Secured Lending projects, including but not limited to BDD/TDD, unit testing, automated testing, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, industry-lead testing, security testing, performance testing and chaos testing
- Working closely with business, product owners, development teams and management. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas / findings, gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Establishes testing requirements, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of MVPs and project deadlines in accordance with all risk, architecture, relevant testing guidelines and coordinate for testing resources (staff, equipment, vendors and consultants) across projects
- Ability to manage cross testing teams to drive and hold strong control on the overall project and business objectives + audit requirements; Ensure project testing alignment with established practices. Project Artifacts Posting: Ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of products
- Remediates all known compliance issues in a timely fashion to ensure on-time project delivery

Role Requirements:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or Computer Science with 7-10 years of overall experience with 5+ years of testing management experience
- 5+ years of experience in test management under banking domain with at least 3+ years of experience in working agile methodology (Scrum & Kanban), resource management, risk and issue management
- Familiarity with various systems used in banking domain, fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Good stakeholder management and the ability to influence stakeholders, internal tech team, solution engineers and work closely with them to confirm acceptable solutions with test scenarios
- Good written and spoken communication skills, excellent presentation and documentation skills
- Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency in Confluence, JIRA, Share point, Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook"
