  • Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

General responsibilities

  • Manage demand and supply planning for clients.
  • Consolidate sales forecast and inventory requirements with Sales and Operations teams.
  • Analyze inventory turnover and focus on minimizing both shortages and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and consolidate inventory reports and KPIs to measure the service level and progress against inventory KPIs.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Maintain master data in the system.
  • Process freight invoices.
  • Review efficiency of current processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with clients on day-to-day matters.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal teams on inventory operations

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong numerical sense.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Working knowledge of SAP – Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) system will be advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with an interest in demand and supply planning are welcome.
