Material Management Executive (6 month contract) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Your future position?

As a Material Management Executive, Flavour with Givaudan, you will support the day-to-day functions within Givaudan Supply Chain Management Team.

In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and also will:

Review Customer & Affiliate order demand and commit based on material availability to meet service delivery.
Handle daily raw material replenishment to support Customer orders and forecast. Review and expedite raw material to support surge in demand.
Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional affiliates as required.

Liaise closely with Demand Planner and Customer care on Forecasting gaps so as to make Customer feel valued with timely order support.

Close collaboration and communication with stakeholders eg. Manufacturing, Quality and Distribution regarding fulfilment of expedites.
Proactively work with Quality and Procurement Team to proactively solve raw material / Packaging issues.
Ensure optimum inventory to meet Management Target at Month end and Year end.
Manage and execute Best practice eg. mitigate slow mover and Obsolete due to business loss/change.
Review, plan and execute phase in & phase out on raw material & formula change.

Responsible in dual role Planning, with FG Planning and RM Planning scope and perform any ad-hoc assignments as part of Continuous Improvement initiative.

Your professional profile includes:

Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. If experienced, at least 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management is required.
Detailed knowledge of logistics, forecasting, and inventory management.
Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Teamwork, good interpersonal and problem solving skills with sense of urgency.
