Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Process Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order in a timely manner.

2. Research potential vendors and perform price comparison.

3. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

4. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better pricing.

5. Perform DO/Invoice matching.

6. Arrange logistics for goods collection and delivery.

7. Manage relationships with vendors for better pricing and payment term.

8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

9. Conduct stock count in monthly basis.

10. Process Purchase Order for office stationery and pantries items.

11. Filling of all documentations and updating of all records daily.

Requirements and skills

1. At least 1 year working experience as a Procurement Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.

2. Good understanding of supply chain procedures.

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

4. Hands-on experience with ERP system.

5. Good attitude and willing to learn.
