Primary Responsibilities andDuties

  • Support Chairof Kent Ridge Office of Innovation on planning and driving of newlyset-up office, developing necessary approval papers and documents,establishing new department processes, including timelinemanagement, stakeholder engagement, tracking of project progressand deliverables.
  • Lead and develop innovationcapabilities and implement new innovations into the culture toinfluence the overall operations.
  • FacilitateQuality Improvement and Innovation workshops such as lean andhuman-centred tools to impart knowledge and skills to hospitalstaff.

DesirableTechnical Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Analytics/ComputerScience/Engineering/Business Administration or relatedfields.
  • Ability to leverage technologysolutions to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborateeffectively across different stakeholders and work through peoplein the hospital such as doctors, nurses, allied healthprofessionals, administrators and Senior Leaders.
  • Proficient in programming tools such as Python and RPAand good understanding of AI tools to help boostproductivity.
  • Proficient in LEAN/SixSigma/AGILE/Design Thinking/Behavioural Insightspreferred.
  • Certified Train-the-trainer(ACTA/ACLP) or equivalent preferred.
