Partner - Collaborate with Department Heads and similar practitioners in the institution to drive improvement initiatives, closely working with them to implement strategies on-site. Trainer - Conduct training sessions on lean management and human-centered tools, sharing knowledge and skills with hospital staff. Additionally, act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and human-centered practices within the hospital. Requirements Preferred Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or Healthcare Skilled in quality improvement techniques, such as Lean and Value Stream Mapping Skilled in human-centered approaches, like Design Thinking and Behavioral Insights Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training Preferred Soft Skills Ability to engage stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff within the hospital Capable of working both independently and collaboratively Able to perform effectively under tight deadlines Confident in coaching colleagues in Quality Improvement tools Strong written and verbal communication abilities Personal Attributes Open to learning and experimenting with new ideas, with a quick grasp of concepts and adaptability in fast-paced situations Highly motivated and self-driven, with a positive outlook and determination to overcome challenges Benefits Public Healthcare Institution Salary Up $5800 Full-Time Benefits Entitlement (AWS + Variable Bonuses + Yearly Salary Increment) Monday - Friday, Office Hour Location: Central Region #J-18808-Ljbffr
