Roles & Responsibilities

Invictus International School Singapore is seeking a responsible Student Admission Executive who will be supporting the processes of student's enrollment documentation. He/She will work and coordinate closely with the Marketing Team.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing of applications. Prepare and issue letter of acceptance, PEI student contracts, and relevant policy documents and ensure that all are completed and filed in accordance with requirements.
  • Maintain accurate statistics for application status.
  • Handling all operational matters relating to student application
  • Handling all student's visa application / cancellation / renewal processes via SOLAR+
  • Handling re-enrolment administration of students
  • Handling student-related administration
  • Maintenance and updating of the students’ database and records
  • Liaising with the Finance Department for new enrolments and withdrawing students.
  • Collaborate with the Student Admission Manager and Finance Department in matters relating to FPS insurance.
  • Handle student withdrawals and transfers including the collating of student withdrawal information.
  • Assist Student Admission Manager to compile and generate statistical reports while providing data analysis recommendations.
  • Coordinate placement assessments/interviews for new students.
  • Work closely with related stakeholders on related task.
  • Perform any other responsibility assigned by the reporting manager and the management team.


Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

  • Diploma equivalent or higher with 1 – 3 years of /business administration/HR/customer service experience and/or relevant fields;
  • Experience in school student services is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly efficient, able to multi-task and accurate in data entry
  • Professional, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast environment
