Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving business deliverables & market share targets.
  • Deploy the optimal direct and channel strategies, drive strong channel engagement (online/offline) to provide seamless consumer experience and develop strong business value propositions and engagement with existing customers via regular joint business plans
  • Seeks opportunities for the business and identify new business growth areas.
  • Constantly seeks opportunities with the product management team to improve the product sales mix to generate profitable growth.
  • Contributes and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross functional counterparts to deliver common business objectives.
  • Nurture and develop the next generation of leaders. Coach and mentor direct/ indirect reports to build a strong high performance team.


Requirements:


  • Degree in business management and /or technical field.
  • Sales & marketing experiences of minimum 10 years in the B2B industry
  • Leadership experiences and market knowledge of Asia Pacific region
  • Experience of CRM and Ecommerce in B2B industry
