Lead Team Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
- Participate in department activities and projects to ensure quality and on-time completion.
- Provide recommendation and coordinate necessary modifications based on process analysis.
- In charge of supervising the staff in accordance with the policy and procedure of the company.
- Achieve the department productivity and quality targets.
- In charge of the staff scheduling such as assigning work and rotations, training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for the absence of employees, and shift rotations.
- In charge of the interviews, hiring new operators, and training new employees.
- Develop employee goals and execute employee performance evaluations.
- Guide and provide advice on career development for the staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” Level or equivalent
- With 2-4 years of experience as a supervisor role in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
