Effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production levels within tight time deadlines and in a highly dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ensure production schedule targets are achieved though coordination with relevant parties

Responsible for quality of outgoing products to meet customer's requirements and be an active member of the Materials Review Board Process

Participate and contribute in resolving process-related quality issues

Lead the team in meeting daily schedule, UPH standards and uptime goals

Responsible for meeting customer's delivery schedules

Lead the team in meeting total product cycle time goals

Lead the team to meet yield and scrap targets

Maximize labour efficiency through implementing lean concepts

Lead in controlling operating costs to meet budget targets

Reskill operators to meet multi-task job requirements

Develop NWG teams consisting of operators and EAs

Participate actively and provide resources to support new program builds and launch

Support business initiatives

Ensure system compliance, timely output and delivery, cost improvement, etc

Accountable for meeting Operational Effectiveness

To adhere to the Health & Safety regulations set out by the EHS Department and other Government regulations.

Any other special projects or tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Degree with at least 5 years experience

Knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes

Strong organizational and leadership skills together with a results-driven approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver

Ability to communicate at all levels

Excellent attention to detail and meeting customers' requirements

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines when required

Ability to prioritize and organize own workload
