Roles & Responsibilities

In the role of a Key Account Manager, your main duty involves cultivating and sustaining strong connections with our key clients. Acting as the primary contact for these clients, you will grasp their needs and guarantee that our products or services align with their demands. Moreover, you will pinpoint growth possibilities within these accounts and collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies to leverage them.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate and sustain strong connections with essential clients by comprehending their business objectives, obstacles, and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all communication between the company and important clients.
  • Handle any concerns or problems raised by clients promptly and efficiently.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to key clients through upselling or cross-selling.
  • Work together with internal teams to create customized solutions that address the changing requirements of clients.
  • Introduce new products or services to clients and negotiate contracts or agreements when necessary.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining goals and expansion strategies for implementation.
  • Keep an eye on market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements to pinpoint opportunities and possible risks.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to consistently enhance strategies and tactics for managing key accounts.


Requirements:


  1. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Demonstrated background in key account management or sales, specifically within the building automation or security systems sector.
  3. Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  4. Outstanding skills in negotiation and problem-solving. - Proficient in strategic thinking and adept at nurturing long-term relationships and strategies.
  5. Focused on achieving results and surpassing goals and targets.
