· Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in health insurance and healthcare IT, recommending and implementing innovations that drive operational efficiency and enhance patient care.
· Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and solutions align with organizational needs.
· System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions with Local Business units existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
· Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for health insurance applications and infrastructure, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruption to clinical operations.
· Data Management: Oversee data migration, backup, and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in health insurance technology or IT roles, with a proven track record of managing technology implementations and solutions
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. Relevant certifications
· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Hinsurance and health related systems, healthcare IT infrastructure, data integration, and security protocols.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
