Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Capable of handling full range of fund accounting services on funds, including preparation of the Net Asset Value (NAV), cash and position reconciliation, review of corporate actions, validation of security pricing
  • Manage internal workflow to ensure internal processing and client deadlines are met
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, including reporting to relevant authorities
  • Supporting the company’s anti-money laundering (AML) framework in place and working closely with various parties involved, investor, Fund admin, Transfer Agent to ensure compliance with the AML framework
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate data within fund administration systems, reconciling accounts, and monitoring data quality
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding fund operations and providing updates on key metrics
  • Maintaining corporate records, managing board meetings, and filing necessary corporate documents
  • Perform period bank and cash reconciliations
  • Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed
  • Other Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, banking or finance related field
  • Minimum 3 years and above of relevant accounting experience. Experience in Private Equity Fund is a plus
  • Understanding of financial accounting principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
