Roles & Responsibilities

As a Service Manager at Nation, you will be the face of the company for our customers who are the employers, and the Migrant Domestic Workers. Your primary role is to interact with customers, understand their needs, and attend to their requirements. By understanding the customers' requirements, you would then be able to find the most suitable match and drive our business success by converting these interactions into sales for our company.


Job Description

  • Find prospects and leads, and understand our service offerings;
  • Provide quality customer service to customers, and perform service recovery when needed;
  • Understand the needs, and explain how we can align with their needs;
  • Facilitate the selection & interview of Migrant Domestic Workers;
  • Administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of Migrant Domestic Workers;
  • Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the Ministry of Manpower;
  • Travel to customers' location to follow up on leads;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is a distinct advantage;
  • Applicants without CEI may also apply; As CEI is an MOM requirement for this industry, applicant without CEI must be comfortable with taking the course + exam
  • Minimally NITEC or higher;
  • At least 2 years' working experience in customer service field;
  • Team player and able to work independently;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Willing to work on Weekends / Public Holidays (off days based on duty roster).

  • Jurong East (5 minutes walking distance from Jurong East MRT station)
  • Tampines East (5 minutes walking distance from Tampines East MRT station)
  • Toa Payoh (10 minutes walking distance from Braddell MRT station)
  • Yishun (5 min walking distance from Yishun MRT station)

Remuneration

  • Basic Salary $2,500 - $3,000 (subject to experience and CEI) + Commission
