We are a signage company that design, manufacture and install signage. We are seeking to hire a Admin support to assist our back end sales team.

Work Requirements

  • Outgoing personality, able to work as a team with various levels in a multi cultural organisation.
  • Able to use MS Office software (Ms words, Ms Excel) and tracking for expiry item.
  • Communicate with internal and external on phones and emails.

Work Responsiblity

  • To prepare delivery orders and arrange with driver/installation teams
  • keep track of stock items and records
  • Renew and apply workers training courses prior to expiry
  • Arrange for inspection or maintenance of in-house production items.

Other information

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training provided)
  • Mid career switch are welcome
  • Seniors with valid working experience are welcome
