We are looking for a quant strat to assist on trading strategies, focused on FX and Rates. Primarily we are looking for someone to help with backtesting of strategies and building of trade screeners. As part of this team, you would be working with us to develop in depth knowledge of these markets and learn new trading strategies. You will also help to develop and enhance existing tools and processes. You would be working closely with portfolio managers, take ownership of projects, and contribute directly to the team's performance.
Job duties- Help to develop and maintain infrastructure relating to FX/Rates trade structuring & monitoring
- Help to build backtesting frameowork for new strategies in FX, Rates and some Equity markets
- Direct market experience as a Quant Strategist on sell or buy side
- Must understand products across Rates, FX and Equities including options markets
- Must have experience backtesting trading strategies and building trade screeners
- Demonstrated skill with excel, math, and programming are essential
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Finance, Math, Science, etc)
- Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and analytical
- Excellent communicator in English
