- Our team employs a broad range of investment strategies that span macro, credit, and quantitative investing, including multi-asset, benchmark-agnostic, constrained, indexed, and thematic strategies.**What impact can you make in this role?**What will you do as a Quantitative Strategist?**
- Conduct in-depth analysis of FIMA portfolios by meticulously handling large amounts of complex portfolio data and models.
- Ensure accuracy and rigor in all data handling and model development tasks, recognizing the critical importance of precision in our work.

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, engineering, quantitative finance, actuarial science, or econometrics.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative role (e.g., quant analyst, actuary, risk modeler, data scientist, aerospace or nuclear engineer, etc.).
- Strong knowledge in optimization (mostly convex), probability theory, numerical analysis, inferential and Bayesian statistics, bootstrap and resampling methods, machine learning, etc.
- Superior coding skills in Python; a track record in algorithmic and package development would be a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and cater to the needs of non-quant colleagues.**Work at the Point of Impact**
