Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team of service and maintenance staff, including training and development.
  • Source for maintenance contracts and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
  • Create and maintain a maintenance work schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance to requirement.
  • Prepare service maintenance tenders and quotations for potential clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits to identify necessary maintenance works and propose them to clients with quotations.
  • Follow up with clients on maintenance works and gather feedback to improve service quality.
  • Ensure prompt attendance to clients' feedback and address any issues or concerns arise.
  • Prepare and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly budget for the service department.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment inventory and track maintenance and repair costs.
  • Evaluate and improve maintenance Standard Operating procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enforce timely completion of maintenance tasks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are complied with safety procedures and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by Management.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / or related engineering discipline from a recognised institution
  • At least10 years in installation and maintenance of heavy machinery, plant and equipment.
  • Possess strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing a team of 50-100 technicians.
  • Proficiency in Mircosoft Office
  • Knowledge in aircon system maintenance will be an advantage
  • Able to independently and good team member in a challenging environment.
