Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

•Identify new sales opportunities and upsell additional aftermarket products, services, and solutions to existing customers.

•Act as a liaison between the customer and the company’s engineering or technical teams for problem resolution.

•Prepare and submit quotations, service proposals based on customer requirements.

•Coordinate on after-sales market support in term of maintenance schedule arrangement to check on the system performance.

•Provide regular sales reports to management.


Job Requirement

•Good interpersonal and communication skill

•Strong sales and negotiation skills

•Prefer one from heavy machine or compressor industry

•Customer service oriented

•Have relevant market and industry knowledge
