Aftermarket Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and upsell additional aftermarket products, services, and solutions to existing customers.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the company’s engineering or technical teams for problem resolution.
- Prepare and submit quotations, service proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate on after-sales market support in term of maintenance schedule arrangement to check on the system performance.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
Job Requirement
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Prefer one from heavy machine or compressor industry
- Customer service oriented
- Have relevant market and industry knowledge
