Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and upsell additional aftermarket products, services, and solutions to existing customers.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company’s engineering or technical teams for problem resolution.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, service proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate on after-sales market support in term of maintenance schedule arrangement to check on the system performance.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management.


Job Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Prefer one from heavy machine or compressor industry
  • Customer service oriented
  • Have relevant market and industry knowledge
