Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle order administrations, process customers's orders, raise amendment, cancellation, follow-up on customers' orders via the SAP R3 System provide customer service.
  • Monitor and secure and file all necessary shipping documentation of imports, exports and drop shipments from Europe, Chinato the SEA region.
  • Monitoring the status of the incoming and outgoing shipment.
  • Support Area Sales Managers regarding purchase, forwarders, shipping process, customs duty, liaise and support our warehouse in Singapore regarding delivery of goods and arrange pick up by freight forwarder and customers with warehouse.
  • Execute all aspects of the company's administration for operations.
