Reporting to theAssistant Director of Graduate Programmes, the Senior Executive inTechnopreneurship and Innovation Programme looks after theoperations of the MSc TIP programme which include academic support,instructor liaison, logistical arrangements for classes,student/alumni management and engagement. The incumbent alsosupports marketing and promotion, admission administration, eventcoordination, as well as FlexiMasters recruitment and coursemanagement.

Responsibilities:

ExecuteAcademic support for MSc TIP English class.
  • Assist in contractpreparation for teaching engagement and paymentprocessing
  • Facilitate classes and examscheduling
  • CourseRegistration
  • Facilitate teachingevaluations


Executeadministrative processes related to students and classmanagement
  • Assist thecoordination with NTU internal departments on internationalstudents' entry into Singapore and relatedmatters
  • Coordinate student matriculation,orientation, and graduation matters
  • Facilitateclass management
  • Coordinate with StudentCommittee on student engagementactivities


Providesupport to ensure governance in student pre-enrolment, enrolmentand other administrationprocesses
  • Prepare necessarydocuments and assist the coordination with the admission panel forcandidate shortlisting andinterviews
  • Coordinate with NTU internal officessuch as Office of Admission on admission and Office of AcademicServices for enrolment matters
  • Compileapplication data and prepare admissionreports
  • Maintain admissionrecords
  • Assist in student billingmatters


Executestudent marketing and recruitmentactivities
  • Assist in datapreparation for the graduate programmes' marketing and recruitmentplanning
  • Monitor the programme relatedinformation (on website or in e-copy / printed documents) andupdate the information accurately andtimely
  • Compile information related to variousmarketing channels and efforts for analysis and managementevaluation
  • Support marketing strategy toincrease studentdiversity


Executeproject and event management processes for alumni and studentsengagement activities
  • Liaise with internal and externalstakeholders. Assist to enhance alumni and studentengagement
  • Assist in planning and coordinationof entrepreneurship experiential learningprojects
  • Coordinate orientation andconvocation, team bonding
  • Facilitate eventswhich support entrepreneurshipdevelopment


Executeduties related to recruitment of the FlexiMastersstudents
  • Assist team'seffort in recruitment FlexiMasters
  • Classmanagement and support for FlexiMasters as and whenrequired.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor'sdegree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years'experience in administering academic programme, student managementin institute of Higher Leaning orequivalent
  • Experience in marketing, eventmanagement and outreach
  • Able to multi-task andmanage requests effectively
  • Meticulous andmature in handling day-to-day operations
  • Goodwriting, communication and presentationskill
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobeapplications.
  • Team player and positive workingattitude
