Job Scopes:

  • Process sales order entries.
  • Maintain and update vendor pricing details.
  • Support the billing process.
  • Follow through on quotations, product details, account plans, and ensure the completion of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with finance, operations, and sales teams while liaising with customers to monitor sales performance and stock aging.
  • Manage assigned company accounts, including monitoring AR status, handling new requirements, updating pricing, and adjusting credit limits as needed.
  • Track and report on AR aging and receivables from customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and the sales team to align with buy-in timelines and pricing goals for scheduled or ad-hoc trade purchases.
  • Provide updates, reports, and insights to the sales manager.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
