  • Evaluating and establishing vision system performance specifications
  • Manage customer specific projects & documents

skills & experience required

  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in semiconductor industry
  • Field service experience will be a plus
  • Knowledge in Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter will be preferred
  • Preferable with good understanding in machine vision process
