Site Admin Clerk – Internship (Main Contractor)

Location: Serangoon Site

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Job Overview:
The Internship Site Admin Clerk will support the site administration team for ongoing HDB project. This role involves assisting in daily site operations, administrative tasks, and data collection for project management, particularly focusing on conducting surveys. The intern will gain valuable experience in the construction industry while supporting project efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the site manager and admin team in managing daily operations on the construction site.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Help prepare and update daily progress reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping of the construction activities.
  • Help in preparing survey reports, and data analysis to assist with project planning and execution.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Support the site admin team with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in any field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
