Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Administers the management of the premises access card system and CCTV, including issuance of access cards and assigning of access; attends to premises alarms during out-of-office hours; assists in fire drills, follows workplace safety guidelines.
  • Takes care of the general maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, liaising with building management and vendors. Attending to maintenance works within and after business hours.
  • Obtain non-IT products and services and evaluation and screening of new suppliers.
  • Responsible for printing of name cards and all printed forms, order of stationery.
  • Responsible for input and confirmation of invoices to AP System and allocation of costs.
  • Updates and administers the Key Register for entire office.
  • Upkeep of meeting rooms and manage meeting room booking system
  • Responsible for entire mail room services
  • Administers warehouse/archiving matters and regular review and monitoring of destruction dates.
  • Administers the destruction of confidential documents.
  • Assists Head of Facility Management in re-stacking and renovation projects
  • Other duties, as and when, assigned by Head of Facility Management


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • At least diploma or equivalent experience
