Description:

  • Basic up to $3000

Job Scope:

  • Respond to phone calls and emails from sales representatives and customers, addressing inquiries about product capabilities, specifications, and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Perform product application testing for sales representatives and customers.
  • Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support, including system setup, adjustments, and fine-tuning.
  • Deliver post-sales application training to customers.
  • Develop and update manuals for post-sales application training.
  • Assist sales representatives with on-site customer presentations as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency and lead initiatives for improvement.
  • Adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.
