Roles & Responsibilities

Client Communication:

  • Communicate with new clients through email to welcome them and provide necessary information.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Policy Management:

  • Remind clients of policy details and ensure they are well-informed of any updates or changes.
  • Assist clients with any questions or concerns regarding their policies.
  • Preparing portfolio summary of clients

Client Engagement:

  • Keep in contact with clients during special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Arrange for annual reviews with clients to assess their needs and ensure continued satisfaction.

Seminar Support:

  • Assist in the planning and organization of seminars every few months.
  • Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication with attendees.
  • Support the execution of seminars, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants.
