Roles & Responsibilities

  • Daily allocation and management of room inventory and rates on all channels
  • Analyse competitor benchmarking through price comparisons: pricing/inventory analysis, reviewing international and local competitors both B2B & B2C.
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximise hotel sales generation and optimise revenue growth.
  • Process individual, group reservations & OTA bookings
  • To manage room reservation through email and phone call enquiries.
  • To ensure all reservation details are accurately keyed into system.
  • To conduct market research analysis report.
  • To provide daily and monthly sales reports to direct superior.
