Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Yacht Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. This junior-level role is ideal for candidates with a few years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles, who are confident, outgoing, and passionate about boating.

The role involves managing our online presence, securing yacht listings, and facilitating client viewings. You will work closely with our management team to grow our yacht brokerage portfolio and engage with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Work with the management team to secure new yacht listings.
• Engage with potential buyers and sellers, guiding them through the sales process.
• Organise and conduct yacht viewings across various marinas in Singapore.

Marketing & Digital Presence

• Manage website listings and update yacht inventory.
• Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow brand awareness.

Client Relations & Administration

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective yacht buyers.
• Maintain and update client databases, ensuring smooth follow-ups.
• Assist with contracts, paperwork, and negotiations as needed.

Requirements

• Own transport preferred (transport allowance available for public transport users).
• Based mainly at One°15 Marina, Sentosa, with flexibility for remote work.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident, outgoing, and professional.
• Prior experience in the marine industry is a plus.
• A keen interest in boating; PPCDL license is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and website content management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google G Suite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
