Roles & Responsibilities

Valencia Yachts Private Limited is a premier luxury yacht charter company in Singapore, providing unforgettable sailing experiences for private and corporate events. We are looking for dedicated Yacht Crew members to assist in yacht operations, guest services, and onboard safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Captain in operating the yacht and ensure smooth charter experiences.
  • Perform mooring, docking, and anchoring duties.
  • Ensure passenger safety and conduct pre-departure safety briefings.
  • Provide hospitality services, including serving food and drinks to guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the yacht before, during, and after charters.
  • Assist in basic yacht maintenance, fueling, and inspections.
  • Handle guest requests professionally, ensuring an excellent onboard experience.
  • Monitor weather conditions and assist in voyage planning when needed.
  • Support the Captain in emergency procedures and safety drills.

Requirements:

Experience in boating, yacht operations, or hospitality

Knowledge of MPA regulations and Singapore waters

Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills

Physically fit and capable of performing deckhand duties (e.g., rope handling, lifting, securing equipment)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on luxury charter yachts

Background in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service

Basic mechanical or first aid knowledge is a plus

Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Mandarin, Malay) are a plus
