Are you passionate about numbers, analytics, and travel? HotelPlanner is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced travel industry and develop your financial skills.

What You'll Do:
  • Review and verify the accuracy of invoices to ensure they are complete and error-free.
  • Send invoices to clients promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all invoices are correctly tallied with supporting documentation.
  • Address discrepancies or issues related to invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial data for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline the invoicing process
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts and transaction reviews.
  • Work with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor expenses and financial performance.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis for strategic planning.
What We're Looking For:
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the travel industry and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
