Join our dynamic and growing team as a Finance Intern, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting key initiatives in finance and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Accounts Payable activities in Singapore and Japan.
    Assist with the processing of vendor invoices.
    Support payment runs for various modes of payment.
    Help with bank clearing and vendor reconciliations.
    Contribute to the preparation of year-end audit schedules.
    Assist with statutory filing obligations and responding to queries from auditors.
    Provide support in reviewing and validating refunds or reimbursements.

Requirements:

  • Able to commit for 6 Months starting from May/June 2025.
  • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis.
  • Handles tasks independently and within a tight deadline.
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
