Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

  • Provides administrative supports to the Sales Team
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts relating to accommodation
  • Ensure all calls to the Sales Team are answered and all inquiries are responded
  • Consolidates and compiles all reports as required by the respective Director of Sales and or AVP Sales
  • Files, updates and safe keep all departmental policies and procedures, agreements and contracts, including confidential documents
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of document information
  • Assume any other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales within the scope of the Sales Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
