1) Guiding Growth Through Direct Teaching

  • Assessing each student's unique needs.
  • Craft personalized roadmaps to success with Individualized Educational Plans (IEP).
  • Create captivating and effective lesson plans for both individual and group sessions.
  • Set the stage for discovery with carefully prepared teaching materials and environments.
  • Employ engaging teaching methods that resonate, ensuring meaningful learning experiences.
  • Be the custodian of progress data, driving insights to shape individual journeys.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, forming a supportive alliance within the classroom.
  • Team up with Therapists and Co-Teachers, channeling collective expertise to empower students.
  • Celebrate achievements through comprehensive Progress Reports, a testament to growth.

2) Beyond the Classroom

- Starting salary for Diploma holder: $2,600 and Degree holder: $3,200
