Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategies branding positions with Marketing
  • Planning product line-up & unique selling points (USP) of all car models
  • Identify & evaluate areas of improvement for the Sales Department
  • Reviewing & improving showrooms to enhance the retail experience
  • Planning & recruiting manpower requirements
  • Setting prices, promotions, and plans to increase both sales volumes & contributions
  • Monitoring and coaching to ensure Financing and Insurance Trade penetration targets are met.
  • Ascertain, review, and implement Sales Incentives/commissions for Sales Consultants
  • Strategies & monitor sales & contributions’ progress to meet Financial Year (FY) targets
  • Manage stock inventory & improve stock turnover
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities and products, analyze and recommend strategies to counteract to improve sales
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints to improve customer experience
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help improve selling skills and customer service
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Requirements:

  • 5 years of related working experience, preferably with strong automotive sales records and possessing a strong sales flair
  • Strong Leadership and Sales management skills
