- Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Service : To handle walk-ins, whatsapp, emails and telephone inquiries for all classes of general insurance.
- Ability to provide insurance quotations and process applications, renewals, extension, cancellation and issuance of insurance documents for all general insurance products including requirements under GIAS. For instance, security bond , Work Injury Compensation , Foreign Worker Medical Insurance etc.
- To monitor and follow up on all aspects of customer support in spoken/ written form.
- To carry out telemarketing calls and marketing campaigns when require
- To cross-sell all classes of general insurance in spoken and written form.
- Requirements
- Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC, N/O Levels, with at least 1 year of related working experience. Entry level Diploma holders (Preferably in Business Admin/Marketing) are welcomed to apply
- Candidates who possess certificate in general insurance (CGI,PGI, HI and BCP) will have an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Ms Word and Excel)
- Customer-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, committed and a strong team player
- On the job training will be provided, looking for quick learners with positive attitude
