We are seeking a smart, committed, multi-lateral thinker and problem-solver who can step in immediately. Whilethis role is largely administrative, the role has wide variety of functions and tasks, therefore an excellent abilityto think critically, quickly, learn and manage is required.
Job Description:
Below highlights the main duties and responsibilities of this position.
- Submit bidding contracts for China and Taiwan
- Review Customer's contract
- Sales Order Entry and shipment, interact directly with customers and factory
- Process purchase orders, tax invoices, arrange shipment and follow-up with payment
- Manage NDA agreement, assist to process vendor's application
- Spare part & Depot inventory management
- Monthly follow–up with customers on service related feedback
- Assist in end month closing, process vendor's payment
- Check Staff's Claims / Expense Reports - ensure accuracy (Every mid-month)
- Provide back up for administrative team members as and when needed
- Ensure smooth operations in Office
- In concert with Office Manager and Director, assist in draft and maintain policies regarding Palomar Asia'steam in the following categories :
o Procedures to expense claims
o Cell phone, hotel, car rental, air-fare, per diem
o Health insurance
Required skill set:
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position
Experience in ERP accounting software is preferred with existing knowledge of simple book keeping,accounting, auditing and year - end financial reporting.
Knowledge of office's basic IT requirements; server usage, printer, desktop PC configurations
Working knowledge of PC and MS Office, MS Sharepoint, Calendar, Adobe PDF.
Excellent verbal and written in both language - English and Mandarin
Multi-tasker, Proactive,Independent and Team worker, Good attitude, friendly demeanor and willingness to learn and grow from within.
