We're seeking an accomplished creative professional who excels in both written and visual storytelling. As Senior Creative (Copy), you'll lead content development across copywriting, video direction, and scriptwriting while mentoring teams and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development and scriptwriting for video campaigns from initial pitch to final production
  • Direct video shoots and provide clear creative direction to production teams
  • Develop strategic copy and messaging across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Guide creative teams through ideation and brainstorming sessions
  • Write and edit scripts, long-form content, and campaign copy
  • Oversee storyboarding and narrative development for video content
  • Ensure quality and consistency of both written and visual storytelling
  • Mentor junior writers and content creators
  • Present creative concepts to leadership teams and clients

Experience and Attributes

Required

  • Diploma/degree in Communications, Film, English, or related field
  • 8+ years combined experience in copywriting and video production
  • 4+ years in senior creative role
  • Proven track record directing video shoots and managing production teams
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both writing excellence and video direction
  • Demonstrated success in scriptwriting and narrative development
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects
  • Deep understanding of pre- and post-production processes
  • Excellence in both long-form and short-form content creation

Preferred

  • Experience in commercial video direction
  • Strong background in digital and social media content
  • Understanding of editing and post-production
  • Track record of successful integrated campaigns
  • Knowledge of production budgeting and resource management
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation direction
