**About the Role**

We are looking for a Senior Designer who is passionate about pushing his/her creative thinking boundaries to curate interesting work in the digital realm. Reporting to the Creative Director, this is an exciting opportunity to build and shape brands.

The Senior Designer has the skills to translate business requirements into clear design direction in the physical and digital environments. The ideal talent is able to build brand experiences around target customers' needs, wants, values, and opinions, which in return increases brand's reputation **. **You are inquisitive when asking questions that can help you deliver your best work. You are process-driven, and understand its importance to reduce ambiguity during engagements.

Among your strengths will be energy, adaptability, persuasive presentation skills, problem solver, a vision of creative possibility in virtually any media and the ability to form dynamic working partnerships with your colleagues.

**What You’ll Do**
- Working together with the Creative Director translate marketing strategies into appropriate ‘on brand’ design recommendations, and develop concepts to support marketing goals.
- Concept and execute sound creative ideas for social in an efficient and compelling manner across print and digital (Brochures, flyers, sales decks, brand books, distinct brand assets, social media posts, and graphics that support UIUX and website development.
- Work independently and as a team with the Creative Directors.
- Interpret creative direction, brand tone, and style guides.
- Participate in all necessary internal and external meetings — briefings, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations.
- Quickly gain an understanding of the brand platform, audience segments and organization.
- Prioritizs workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

**What You’ll Need**
- At least 3 years of professional experience in creative agency, branding agency, or in-house design work.
- An impressive portfolio that demonstrates solid typography chops, brand identity, layout development, illustrations, print, and motion, showcases different mediums, placements, and a range of industries preferred.
- Sharp, polished style with an eye for detail
- A strong communicator who can bring design to life with stories, while convincing stakeholders on the impact of design to business objectives.
- Passion for technology and a critical point of view on how design impacts brand perception
- Interest and knowledge in the latest design and social media trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a must. Knowledge with Adobe XD / Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Figma / Sketch is a plus.
- A strong demonstration of ownership and accountability, with astute problem solving skills to make recommendations on how to solve challenges that may arise.
- Experience in B2B client work is a plus.
- Based in Singapore / Malaysia
